- Residential properties that have been developed include multi-family apartments, independent senior communities, urban developments and mixed use retail/residential projects.
- Developed projects have been financed with conventional and public financing sources, including Tax Credits, Private Activity Bonds, state housing agency loans and various grants from both local and state sources.
